• All items are NON-REFUNDABLE
• Exchanging Size, Defects & Damaged Items Only
• Items must be returned within 7 days from date of receiving
• Provided it MUST BE :
  • UNWORN
  • UNWASHED
  • UNALTERED
  • UNSCENTED Condition with all tags attached

#FAShippingPolicy

• POS LAJU & SKYNET Delivery : 1-3 working days
• Store pickup : Same Day of purchase for NON EMBROIDERY/ ENGRAVING item only  (Customer will be notified by SMS for ready to pick up)
• Embroidery item 3-5 working days

#FARefundPolicy

• All item are NON-REFUNDABLE
• Items that have been delivered successfully within preoder  period are non refundable.
• If item is incorrect, damaged or faulty after delivery, exchange policy will be done. Best solution as mutual agreement for any decompensation is subject to specific cases only.
• Refund is only applied for due out of stock items in view of discontinue supplies of manufacturing that are out of our control.
• Refund process takes up 14 days to process.
• Any usage or reward points will we non refundable once item is returned.
